Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026. These terms cover use of keyloma.com and the Keyloma application.

1. Overview

This platform ("Keyloma") is owned and operated by Position Rank Agency LLC. By accessing or using Keyloma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Keyloma provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables property managers and landlords to manage rental operations, communicate with residents, owners and staff, and send notifications, including SMS messages.

2. Use of Services

Keyloma is intended for use by property managers, landlords and related real estate professionals ("Users") to manage properties, leases, maintenance, payments and communications. By using our platform, you agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including landlord-tenant, fair housing, privacy and telecommunications laws.

3. SMS Messaging and Communications

Keyloma provides messaging functionality that allows Users to send SMS communications to their residents, owners, vendors and staff.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending SMS messages.
  • Consent must be obtained independently and cannot be a condition of lease signing, payment or bundled with other agreements.
  • You will clearly disclose the nature of the messages being sent (for example, rent reminders, maintenance updates or lease notices).
  • Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
  • Recipients must be able to opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
  • You will honor all opt-out requests promptly.
  • Keyloma does not obtain consent on behalf of Users and is not responsible for how Users collect or manage consent.

    • 4. Prohibited Use

    Users agree NOT to use Keyloma to:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam).
  • Send fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, discriminatory or harassing content.
  • Violate telecommunications, privacy, landlord-tenant or fair housing laws (including TCPA, CTIA, FCRA and FHA guidelines).
  • Engage in high-risk messaging such as phishing, illegal offers, or prohibited marketing.
  • Attempt to access another organization's data, reverse engineer the platform, or resell or white-label the service without written consent.

    • Keyloma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

    5. Responsibility of Users

    Users are solely responsible for:

  • The content of messages and documents sent through the platform.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of recipient consent.
  • Ensuring that all communications are authorized and expected by recipients.
  • Reviewing AI-generated recommendations, drafts and documents before acting on them.

    • 6. Platform Role

    Keyloma acts solely as a technology provider. We do not:

  • Initiate messages to end users on our own.
  • Control message or document content sent by Users.
  • Have direct landlord-tenant, property management or legal relationships with end recipients.
  • Provide legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. All documents, notices and communications produced through the platform should be reviewed by the User or qualified professionals.
  • All communications are initiated by the Users of the platform.

    • 7. Privacy

    Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users agree to handle resident, owner and vendor data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination your access ends, your data remains available for export for 30 days, and it is then deleted or anonymized in line with our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates. Material changes take effect at your next renewal or 30 days after notice, whichever is earlier.
